Rental Jackets FAQ

Process

As soon as you know your event date, you should begin checking out the designs to know what is available for your date.

You can pick up your rental garment at our showroom, within the collection window of 12pm to 8pm. Should your event date be earlier than the collection window, you will require an additional rental day.

All rentals should be collected and returned to 672 North Bridge Road #02-00 S(188803).

Rentals returned later than 8pm of the return date will require an extension equivalent to one (1) day rental rate which will be deducted from the refundable deposit. Should you not return the garment after the extension, we will consider the garment as unreturned and your rental deposit will be forfeited.

The rental fee covers the cleaning of the garment. However, we trust that you would take care of the garment to prevent severe soiling or damages.

Sizing

If you know your own measurements, you may refer to the Size Chart to find the perfect size for you. Do take note the measurements on the Size Chart are garment measurements and it should be about at least 5cm to 6cm bigger than your body measurements.

Yes, you may try on the garment at our showroom. Book your visit with us here for our style consultants to assist you.

If you do not find any sizes that fit you, fret not! We are able to perform alterations to improve the fit at a fee. The alterations are subjective and may not be perfect. Alternatively, you may commission us to build a custom one for you.

Payment

A refundable deposit equivalent to 2 rental days in addition to the rental fees. Payment of rental fees and deposit are to be made in full to secure your rental.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards, PayNow and bank transfers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at least seven (7) days prior to your event date:

  1. More than seven (7) days prior to your event date – Refund of 100% rental fees and 100% deposit.
  2. Seven (7) days or less prior to your event date – Refund of 50% rental fees and 100% deposit.
  3. Twenty-Four (24) hours prior to your event date – Refund only 100% deposit.
