If you’re visiting our retail store at 11 New Bridge Road #02-01 S(059383), our payment options include PayNow, Mastercard, VISA, UnionPay, JCB, NETS and Cash.

For purchases made within Singapore, you may pick-up your item at our showroom at 672 North Bridge Road #02-00 Singapore 188803.

If you would like to arrange for alternative delivery methods, kindly contact us at (65) 66124935. Please note that delivery charges will be borne by customers.

We follow a strict No Exchange / No Refund Policy. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to exchange or offer a refund for your purchase. Therefore, kindly double check to confirm your selections and customisations during your first visit. 

All custom made garments are made with effort and man-hours put into the production as specified to your needs. We will be unable to resell these items once made. As such, we simply cannot exchange or offer a refund. Thank you for your reasonable understanding.
