First Visit Consultation
Kindly contact us at (65) 6612 4935 as soon as possible, within 12 hours of your purchase. Note that we are unable to guarantee that your request can be done. Therefore, please be sure to check and confirm your selections and customisations during your first visit.
Change requests sent to our email will NOT be entertained.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards, UEN PayNow and bank transfers.
A high quality bespoke garment requires time, technique and meticulous hand work. However, do not hesitate to speak to us should there be an urgency.

Note: Production time may increase slightly during peak seasons such as New Year, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas and Year End.
As much as we’d love to offer you the best deals, we prefer to practice a fair pricing policy to all our clients. Fret not as great deals will always come again.
Fitting
Should more than 15 working days* pass after your ‘First Visit’, and you have yet to receive our SMS notification, kindly contact us at (65) 6612 4935 to check on the status of your order.

The biggest benefit of ‘Bespoke’ is getting the perfect fit which can only be achieved with fitting. Our professionally trained consultants will guide you through the process.
We have 2 storage facilities (Showroom and Production House) to house all of our customers’ orders.
Only by making an appointment can we ensure that your items are in the showroom for collection.
Kindly contact us (65) 6612 4935 to confirm your order is in the showroom before you walk-in. Expected waiting time without an appointment is approximately 45 minutes.
Kindly avoid weight / mass gain after your measurements are taken. All clothings are based on your initial measurements taken during your first visit. As such, we will NOT be able to alter the garments to cater to changes in body size. This is because the items will need to be replaced, which will incur additional costs.
You are advised to come for collection within 14 days from the date of our SMS notification. Please Book An Appointment to ensure your garment is in our showroom for collection.
We reserve the right to deem orders as ‘Unclaimed’ should we not receive any response from you for more than 6 months. ‘Unclaimed’ orders shall be donated to charity.
Our consultants may lend you their professional advice to aid you in your color and fabric selection.
Nevertheless, the final decision is yours.
We will NOT be able to change the selection or offer a refund once we have commenced on your order. Therefore, please be sure to check and confirm your selections and customisations during your first visit.
The fitting is for us to ensure that your garments fit you perfectly. We will only be able to adjust minor sizing issues that were due to measurement and/or cutting inaccuracies. We will NOT be able to change fabric, color and design choices. Alterations due to body mass gain or loss will be subjected to prevailing charges.

Given our expertise, we will only advise you based on an appropriate fit. Should you wish for us to proceed, there shall be no responsibility on our part if the garments are ill-fitting later. We will only proceed with your request after you sign an undertaking. Any subsequent alterations will be chargeable thereafter (if alterations can be done).
We follow a strict No Exchange / No Refund Policy. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to exchange or offer a refund for your purchase. Therefore, kindly double check to confirm your selections and customisations during your first visit.
For customised bespoke garments, effort and man-hours are put into the production, specified to your needs. We will be unable to resell the items. As such, we simply cannot exchange or offer a refund. Thank you for your reasonable understanding.
